Joplinapp

I use Joplin (https://joplinapp.org https://joplinapp.org) on mobile and pc(windows and Linux).

I use https://joplinapp.org https://joplinapp.org because it allows for pasting images and files.

I've been using https://joplinapp.org https://joplinapp.org, which is an open source Evernote alternative.

I have been using the Joplin (https://joplinapp.org/ https://joplinapp.org/) note taking app for a while now.

… want to store pictures and documents securely, you could use Cryptomator ( https://cryptomator.org/ https://cryptomator.org/ ) For note-taking, I use Joplin ( https://joplinapp.org/ https://joplinapp.org/ ) with E2EE.
